Midd Summer Markets is a community-driven summer-series of farmers + artisan markets dedicated to celebrating the vibrant spirit of Middlebury. Our mission is to foster local connections, support small businesses, and create a welcoming space where neighbors and community members can gather to enjoy the very best of Vermont's growers and makers.

At the heart of downtown Middlebury, the Midd Summer Markets grow from a simple belief that community thrives when people gather, create, and support one another. Set in the welcoming green of Triangle Park, the market is more than a place to shop — it’s a weekly ritual that strengthens the connections between neighbors, local growers, youth entrepreneurs, small businesses, and local nonprofits that shape our community throughout Addison County.
Guided by the mission of Middlebury Ryzes, the nonprofit now leading the market, we’re committed to building spaces of community and connection. Each market day reflects that mission — uplifting local makers, celebrating Vermont’s harvest, and creating opportunities for residents and visitors to engage with the farmers and artisans behind the products they love.

Atria Collective (formerly known as WomenSafe) is a Middlebury, Vermont-based nonprofit serving Addison County. They provide free, confidential services and support to individuals; Atria Collective works toward the elimination of physical, sexual, and emotional violence through direct service, education, and social change.
